【摘要】：患者女,6岁。自出生起全身出现线状和漩涡状痣样色素沉着、局限性掌跖角化。躯干斑疹组织病理示:角化过度,棘层轻度增生,基底层色素增加,未见明显色素失禁,真皮浅层血管周围散在稀疏淋巴细胞浸润。心脏彩超示:左室稍大,二尖瓣轻度返流。诊断为线状和漩涡状痣样过度黑素沉着病伴局限性掌跖角化病。
[Abstract]:The patient was 6 years old, with linear and swirl nevus pigmentation and localized palmar metatarsal keratosis. Histopathology of the trunk showed hyperkeratosis, slight hyperplasia of spinous layer, increased basal pigmentation, and no obvious pigment incontinence. The left ventricle was slightly larger and the mitral valve regurgitated slightly. The diagnosis was linear and swirl nevus hypermelanosis with local palmoplantar keratosis.
