【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,60岁。臀部反复脓肿,破溃伴疼痛13年加重20d。13年前患者臀部无明显诱因出现多个豌豆大小伴有触痛的红色硬性结节,数天后可破溃化脓,并互相融合贯通,形成窦道或不规则的溃疡。曾口服头孢类、四环素类抗生素治疗,疗效不佳,皮疹此起彼伏,在原发部位及其周围陆续出现,严重时伴腹股沟淋巴结肿大,体温升高至39℃。20d前患者过量饮酒后皮疹出现疼痛、流脓,为求进一步诊治而来本院。既往史:17岁开
