ALA-PDT联合氩离子束凝固术治疗肛周巨大尖锐湿疣45例临床观察

【摘要】：目的评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)联合氩离子束凝固术(argon plasma coagulation,APC)治疗肛周巨大尖锐湿疣(giant condyloma acuminata,GCA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的90例肛周GCA患者采用简单随机方法分为治疗组及对照组,每组45例,全部患者予APC去除可见疣体,1周后治疗组患者(45例)采用ALA-PDT治疗,1次/周,连续3周。治疗结束后两组患者均随访6个月。结果随访结束时,治疗组临床痊愈41例,复发4例,复发率9.76%;对照组临床痊愈34例,复发11例,复发率32.35%,两组复发率比较:差异有统计学意义(P均0.05),即治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论 ALA-PDT联合APC治疗肛周GCA疗效确切,治愈率高,复发率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapeutic ALA-PDT) combined with argon ion beam coagulation (argon plasma coagulation) in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminata. Methods 90 patients with perianal GCA were enrolled in this study. Methods randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 45 patients in each group were treated with APC for 1 week. 45 patients in the treatment group were treated with ALA-PDT once a week for 3 weeks. All the patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months. Results 41 cases were cured in the treatment group at the end of follow-up. In the control group, 34 cases were cured, 11 cases recurred. The recurrence rate of the two groups was 32.35. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), that is, the clinical effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion the curative effect of ALA-PDT combined with APC on perianal GCA is definite, the cure rate is high, and the recurrence rate is low.
