乳腺癌皮肤转移1例

【摘要】：正患者女,54岁。右侧乳房肿物1年,躯干、双上肢红斑2个月。患者于1年前无明显诱因右侧乳房内出现一肿物,约4 cm×3 cm,触之较硬,无红肿及压痛,乳头内陷,呈橘皮样改变,无溢液。于当地医院就诊,行肿物组织病理活检穿刺术示:乳腺皮肤组织内见少量异形性细胞,高度可疑乳腺癌。乳腺彩超示:1右侧乳腺实性占位,考虑乳腺癌可能;2左侧腋窝见淋巴结,诊断为"乳腺癌",予入院治疗,行手术切除右侧乳房内肿
[Abstract]:The patient was 54 years old. The right breast mass was 1 year, the trunk and the upper limb erythema were 2 months. The patient had no obvious inducement to develop a tumor in the right breast, about 4 cm 脳 3 cm, without redness and tenderness, nipple invagination. It was orange peel like change, no overflow. At the local hospital, the pathological biopsy and puncture showed that a small number of abnormal cells were found in the skin tissue of the mammary gland, and the breast cancer was highly suspicious. The breast color Doppler ultrasound showed that there was a solid occupying place on the right side of the breast. Consider the possibility of breast cancer with lymph nodes in the left armpit, diagnosed as "breast cancer," admitted to hospital, and surgically removed from the right breast.
