多形日光疹患者血清中可溶性E-选择素的表达

【摘要】：目的:研究可溶性E-选择素在多形日光疹患者血清中的表达水平及其临床意义,探讨多形日光疹的发病机制。方法:收集2013年3月至2014年10月在青海大学附属医院皮肤科门诊和住院确诊的30例多形日光疹患者血清和同期在青海大学附属医院体检中心的30例健康对照组血清,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),分别测定实验组和对照组血清中可溶性E-选择素的表达。通用PASI评分法评估实验组多形日光疹患者的皮损面积及病情严重程度,并观察其与多形日光疹患者血清中可溶性E-选择素表达水平的相关性。结果:(1)多形日光疹患者血清中可溶性E-选择素的表达水平为27.59±8.52,明显高于健康对照组21.38±7.93,具有显著性差异(t=2.921,P0.01)。(2)多形日光疹患者皮损面积及严重程度PASI评分(4.16±1.03)与其血清中可溶性E-选择素之间的线性相关分析表明,两者无显著相关性(r=0.331,P0.05)。结论:可溶性E-选择素在多形日光疹患者血清中的表达水平显著升高,可能参与了多形日光疹的发病机制,但与患者皮损面积及疾病的严重程度(PASI评分)无显著相关性,尚不能作为反映该病病情严重程度的敏感指标。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of soluble E- selectin in the serum of patients with polymorphic sunlight rash and its clinical significance. To explore the pathogenesis of polymorphic solar rash. Methods: 30 patients with polymorphic sunlight rash were collected from March 2013 to October 2014 in the Department of Dermatology, Qinghai University affiliated Hospital and 30 patients with polymorphic sunlight rash in the same period in the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University. The serum of 30 healthy controls in the physical examination center, The expression of soluble E- selectin in serum of experimental group and control group was determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The area of skin lesion and the severity of the disease were evaluated by universal PASI score. The expression level of soluble Eselectin in the serum of the patients with polymorphic solar rash was 27.59 卤8.52, which was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group (21.38 卤7.93), and the expression level of soluble Eselectin in the serum of the patients with polymorphic sunlight rash was 27.59 卤8.52, which was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group (21.38 卤7.93). A significant difference was found between the area and severity of skin lesions in patients with polymorphic solar rash (2.921) and the PASI score of 4.16 卤1.03), and the linear correlation analysis between the area and severity of lesions and soluble E- selectin in serum. Conclusion: the expression of soluble E- selectin in serum of patients with polymorphic sunlight rash is significantly increased, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of polymorphic sunlight rash. However, there was no significant correlation with the area of skin lesion and the severity of the disease (PASI score), which could not be used as a sensitive index to reflect the severity of the disease.
