微囊肿性淋巴管畸形2例

【摘要】：正淋巴管畸形(lymphatic malformation)旧称淋巴管瘤,但它并非肿瘤,而是一种少见的淋巴系统先天畸形。临床上分为大囊肿性、微囊肿性和混合性淋巴管畸形,现将我院近期诊治的2例患者报告如下。例1.男,20岁。因右颈肩部疣状丘疱疹10年,于2013年12月3日就诊。患者10余年前无明显诱因于右颈部出现数个绿豆大丘疹及水疱,水疱不易破溃,无明显瘙痒或疼痛,未予重视,皮损逐渐增多,近2年来累及右肩部,皮损呈条带状分布。既往史、家族史无特殊。体格检查:各系统检查无异常。皮肤科检查:颈部及右侧肩
[Abstract]:Lymphatic malformation is formerly called lymphangioma, but it is not a tumor, but a rare congenital malformation of the lymphatic system.Two cases of large cysts, microcysts and mixed lymphatic malformations are reported as follows.Example 1.The man is 20 years old.Due to herpes verrucosa on right neck and shoulder for 10 years, it was treated on December 3, 2013.More than 10 years ago, the patients had no obvious inducement in the right neck to appear several mung bean papules and blisters, blisters not easy to break, no obvious pruritus or pain, no attention, skin lesions increased gradually, in the last two years involving the right shoulder, the skin lesions showed a strip distribution.Past history, family history has no special.Physical examination: there is no abnormal examination in every system.Dermatology examination: neck and right shoulder
