CXCL9、IL-22在寻常型白癜风患者外周血中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】：目的检测寻常型白癜风患者外周血清中趋化因子9(CXCL9)表达水平并探讨其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测35例寻常型白癜风患者(进展期20例,稳定期15例)和20例健康对照者血清CXCL9及IL-22含量。比较CXCL9、IL-22在各组血清中含量的差异,分析CXCL9、IL-22与白瘫风患者年龄、病程及皮损面积的相关性。结果经统计学分析,进展期白癜风患者和稳定期白癜风患者血清CXCL9、IL-22含量明显高于对照组(P0.05);进展期白癜风患者血清CXCL9、IL-22明显高于稳定期白癜风患者,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 CXCL9、IL-22可能参与了白癜风的发病过程。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of chemokine CXCL9 in peripheral serum of patients with vitiligo vulgaris and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Serum CXCL9 and IL-22 levels were measured by ELISA in 35 patients with vitiligo vulgaris (20 patients with advanced vitiligo and 15 patients with stable stage) and 20 healthy controls.To compare the difference of serum CXCL9 IL-22 in each group, and to analyze the correlation between CXCL9 IL-22 and age, course of disease and area of skin lesion in patients with leukoplegia.Results the serum levels of CXCL9 IL-22 in advanced vitiligo patients and stable vitiligo patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the serum CXCL9 IL-22 levels in advanced vitiligo patients were significantly higher than those in stable vitiligo patients (P 0.05).Conclusion CXCL9 IL-22 may be involved in the pathogenesis of vitiligo.
