基底细胞乳头状瘤MMP-1 PTEN蛋白的表达及与皮肤光老化关系

【摘要】:目的:研究基底细胞乳头状瘤(basal cell papilloma,BCP)患者曝光部位皮损、非曝光部位皮损以及正常皮肤组织中MMP-1和PTEN蛋白的表达,探讨BCP的发病与皮肤光老化之间的关系。方法:选取曝光部位皮损50例,非曝光部位皮损50例,正常皮肤30例。采用免疫组织化学Elivison法检测各组MMP-1和PTEN蛋白的表达情况,比较各组间差异。选取曝光部位皮损90例,分为3组,分别为外用遮光剂二氧化钛霜组、安慰剂组和未用药组,用药3个月后比较3组皮损MMP-1的表达。结果:曝光部位皮损MMP-1的表达评分较正常对照组显著升高(P0.01),非曝光部位皮损MMP-1的表达评分与对照组无显著性差异(P0.05)。曝光部位皮损和非曝光部位皮损PTEN蛋白的表达评分均较正常对照组显著降低(P0.01)。3个月后,外用二氧化钛霜组MMP-1的表达评分较未用药组明显降低(P0.05)。结论:MMP-1在曝光部位的BCP中呈现高表达。PTEN蛋白在曝光部位和非曝光部位的BCP中呈现低表达。紫外线照射导致的皮肤光老化可能是曝光部位BCP发生的一个诱发因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of MMP-1 and PTEN protein in the exposed and unexposed lesions of basal cell cell papillomonas papillomata (BCP) patients, and to explore the relationship between the pathogenesis of BCP and skin photoaging.Methods: 50 cases of exposure lesions, 50 cases of non-exposure lesions and 30 cases of normal skin were selected.Immunohistochemical Elivison method was used to detect the expression of MMP-1 and PTEN protein in each group.90 cases of skin lesions at exposure site were divided into 3 groups: external shading group, placebo group and untreated group. The expression of MMP-1 in skin lesions of 3 groups was compared after 3 months of treatment.Results: the expression score of MMP-1 in skin lesions at exposure site was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in MMP-1 expression score between exposure site and control group (P 0.05).The expression of PTEN protein in the exposed and unexposed lesions was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). After 3 months, the expression of MMP-1 in the titanium dioxide cream group was significantly lower than that in the untreated group.Conclusion the high expression of MMP 1 in exposed BCP and the low expression of PTEN protein in BCP of exposure site and non exposure site were observed.UV-induced skin photoaging may be a predisposing factor for BCP at exposure site.
