【摘要】：目的:采用化妆品系列变应原联合中国筛查系列中的5种化妆品变应原对89例来自苏州地区的疑诊化妆品变应性接触性皮炎患者进行斑贴试验,调查苏州地区常见化妆品变应原种类,为化妆品过敏提供流行病学资料和临床依据。方法:对苏州地区门诊疑诊化妆品变应性接触性皮炎的89例患者进行问卷调查,同时采用化妆品系列变应原联合中国筛查系列中的5种化妆品变应原对此89例患者进行斑贴试验,按国际接触性皮炎研究组推荐标准判读结果。结果:来自苏州地区的89例患者进行了49种化妆品系列变应原及5种中国筛查系列化妆品变应原的斑贴试验,61例对一种或一种以上化妆品变应原过敏,阳性反应率68.5%。其中阳性率较高的香料33.7%,防腐剂30.3%,对苯二胺25.8%,阿莫醇10.1%。结论:香料,防腐剂,染发剂中的对苯二胺,乳化剂中的阿莫醇等是苏州地区化妆品变应性接触性皮炎患者的主要致敏原。
[Abstract]:Objective: to apply cosmetic allergens and 5 kinds of cosmetic allergens in the series of Chinese screening to 89 patients with suspected allergic contact dermatitis of cosmetics from Suzhou area.To investigate the common cosmetic allergens in Suzhou, and to provide epidemiological data and clinical basis for cosmetics allergy.Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted in 89 patients with suspected cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis in Suzhou outpatient clinic.At the same time, 89 patients were tested with cosmetic allergens combined with 5 kinds of cosmetic allergens in the series of Chinese screening. The results were interpreted according to the standard recommended by the International contact Dermatitis Research Group.Results: 89 patients from Suzhou area were tested by patch test of 49 kinds of cosmetics series allergens and 5 kinds of Chinese screening series cosmetics allergens. 61 cases were allergic to one or more cosmetics allergens, the positive reaction rate was 68.5%.Among them, the higher positive rate was 33.7am, the preservative 30.3am, the para-phenylenediamine 25.8am, the ambrol 10.1%.Conclusion: spices, preservatives, p-phenylenediamine in hair dye and amohol in emulsifier are the main allergens in allergic contact dermatitis of cosmetics in Suzhou area.
