反复复发的皮肤上皮样血管内皮瘤

【摘要】：报告1例皮肤上皮样血管内皮瘤。患者男,30岁。左肩背部丘疹和结节1年。皮肤科检查:左肩背部多发暗红色丘疹、结节,质中等。皮损组织病理:真皮层见梭形细胞和上皮样内皮细胞增生,呈巢状生长,部分上皮样内皮细胞可见胞质空泡。免疫病理:CD34、CD31、CD99、平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)和第8因子(FⅧ)相关抗原表达阳性,S-100蛋白,上皮细胞膜抗原(EMA)阴性。结合临床、组织病理和免疫病理诊断为皮肤上皮样血管内皮瘤。
[Abstract]:A case of cutaneous epithelioid hemangioendothelioma was reported. The patient was 30 years old. Papules and nodules on the left shoulder and back for 1 year. Dermatology examination: multiple dark red papules on the left shoulder and back, nodular, medium quality. Histopathology of lesions: fusiform cells and epithelioid endothelial cells proliferated in the dermis, and some epithelioid endothelial cells showed cytoplasmic vacuoles. The positive expression of S-100 protein and epithelial cell membrane antigen (EMA) were detected by immunopathology: CD34, CD31, CD99, smooth muscle actin (SMA) and factor 8 (F 鈪，
