止癣方联合复方十一烯酸锌曲安奈德膏治疗混合型足癣临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：通过对60例混合型足癣患者随机采用“止癣方联合新脚气膏”或“足光粉联合新脚气膏”治疗的临床观察,研究两种方法治疗手足癣的主要疗效、有效率、真菌清除率、瘙痒程度、皮肤光滑度、复发率、安全性。同时初步探求一种中西结合治疗足癣的方法。方法：将符合本次研究病例纳入标准的60例足癣患者,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。其中治疗组患者采用止癣方联合新脚气膏治疗,对照组患者采用足光粉联合新脚气膏治疗,两组均治疗4周,治疗结束后2周(即第6周)、3个月后随访,观察两组治疗前后、近期、远期临床疗效。结果：经过对足癣患者的治疗及随访,治疗组和对照组治疗4周结束后主要疗效分别为46.67%、36.67%,显效率分别为73.33%、46.67%,真菌清除率分别为63.33%、76.67%；治疗结束后2周主要疗效分别为53.33%、36.67%,显效率分别为76.67%、53.33%,真菌清除率分别为66.67%、76.67%。经统计分析,两组间治疗结束时、结束后2周主要疗效无明显差异(p0.05)；显效率有显著差异(pO.05),治疗组痊愈率优于对照组；真菌清除率无明显差异(pO.05),对照组略高于治疗组；两组治疗4周结束后以及治疗结束后2周的症状体征总积分相比有显著差异,其中瘙痒程度和皮肤光滑程度均有差异。说明对于混合型足癣的治疗,实验组近期疗效优于对照组；两组复发率比较无明显差异；实验组的起效快于对照组,症状改善优于对照组,皮损修复好于对照组。结论：对混合型足癣的治疗,止癣方联合复方十一烯酸锌曲安奈德软膏疗效确切、近期疗效好、复发率低,值得临床进行进一步研究与推广
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the main curative effect, effective rate and fungal clearance rate of 60 patients with mixed tinea pedis treated by "Zhi tinea prescription combined with new beriberi ointment" or "foot powder combined with new tibia cream". Pruritus degree, skin smoothness, recurrence rate, safety. At the same time, a combination of Chinese and Western treatment of tinea pedis was preliminarily explored. Methods: 60 patients with tinea pedis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The patients in the treatment group were treated with tinea prescription combined with new tibia ointment, and the patients in the control group were treated with foot light powder combined with new beriberi ointment. The patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks, 2 weeks after the end of treatment (i.e., 6 weeks, 3 months later), and observed before and after treatment. At the end of the treatment, there was no significant difference in the main curative effect between the two groups at the end of treatment (p0.05), significant difference in the effective rate was found between the two groups, the cure rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference in the fungal clearance rate between the two groups, which was slightly higher in the control group than in the treatment group. There were significant differences in the total score of symptoms and signs between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, including the degree of pruritus and the degree of skin smoothness. For the treatment of mixed tinea pedis, the short-term efficacy of the experimental group is better than that of the control group; there is no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups. Conclusion: for the treatment of mixed tinea pedis, the compound zinctriamcinolone undecenoate ointment is effective and has good short-term effect and low recurrence rate. It is worthy of further clinical study and popularization.
