温热淀粉浴后超声导入柔润保湿霜与润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年人皮肤性瘙痒症的效果比较

【摘要】：目的探讨温热淀粉浴后超声波导入柔润保湿霜与润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年人皮肤性瘙痒症的疗效对比。方法选取98例老年人皮肤性瘙痒症作为研究对象,将其均分为两组,对照组予以口服润燥止痒胶囊,观察组在此基础上再予以温热淀粉浴后超声波导入柔润保湿霜进行治疗,观察分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者TSS评分治疗后均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。但观察组患者治疗后TSS评分却明显低于对照组治疗后的TSS评分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组治疗后显效率高达91.84%(45/49)远高于对照组的53.06%(26/49),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论温热淀粉浴后超声波导入柔润保湿霜治疗老年人皮肤性瘙痒症的疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of soft moisturizing cream and Runzao Zhiyang capsule in treating senile skin pruritus by ultrasonic wave after warm starch bath. Methods 98 cases of senile skin pruritus were divided into two groups: the control group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsule, the observation group was treated with soft moisturizing cream after warm starch bath. To observe and analyze the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results the TSS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). However, the TSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The effective rate after treatment in the observation group was as high as 91.84 / 45 / 49), which was much higher than that in the control group (53.06 / 26 / 49), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of soft moisturizing cream introduced by ultrasonic wave after warm starch bath on senile skin pruritus is significant, and there is no obvious adverse reaction, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
