肉芽肿性酒渣鼻并发真性红细胞增多症1例

【摘要】：患者女,75岁,面部起丘疹及结节2个月。见以前额及双颊部为著的米粒至绿豆大小红色丘疹及结节,散在分布脓疱,皮疹呈蝶形分布。皮损组织病理示:表皮基本正常,真皮内毛囊周围见大量类上皮细胞、淋巴细胞、多核巨细胞组成的肉芽肿,无干酪样坏死。抗酸染色阴性。诊断:肉芽肿性酒渣鼻。
[Abstract]:The patient was 75 years old with papules and nodules on her face for 2 months. The red papules and nodules in the prefrontal and buccal regions are red papules and nodules, scattered in pustules with a butterfly distribution. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the epidermis was basically normal. A large number of epithelioid cells, lymphocytes and multinucleated giant cells were found around the dermis hair follicles, and there was no caseous necrosis. Acid-fast staining was negative. Diagnosis: granulomatous rosacea.
