手链致接触性皮炎1例

【摘要】：正患者女,41岁,藏族。因左侧手腕部红斑、丘疹、水疱伴瘙痒6 d于2011年10月20日来我科就诊。患者因佩戴大叶紫檀制成的佛珠手链4 d,左手腕关节处出现片状红斑,伴轻度瘙痒,未给予重视,2 d后在原有红斑基础上见散在大量米粒大的丘疹,瘙痒较前明显,搔抓后,新出绿豆大的散在水疱,界限清楚。既往体健,否认其他物质接触史及过敏史,无家族遗传病史,月经正常。
[Abstract]:The patient is 41 years old, Tibetan. Due to left wrist erythema, papules, blister with pruritus for 6 days on October 20, 2011. For 4 days, the patient showed flake erythema at the left wrist joint, accompanied with mild itching. After 2 days, he was found scattered on the basis of the original erythema. The pruritus was more obvious than before, and after scratching, New mung bean large scattered in the blister, the boundaries are clear. Past physical health, denial of other material contact history and allergic history, no family history of genetic disease, menstruation is normal.
