钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗掌跖脓疱病35例临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的评价钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的68例掌跖脓疱病患者随机分成两组,全部予复方甘草酸苷片口服,治疗组同时外用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏,对照组同时外用卤米松软膏,两组疗程均为4周,分别于治疗2周和4周后观察疗效,并于治疗4周后随访。结果治疗2周后,治疗组有效率为54.29%,对照组为30.30%;治疗4周后,治疗组有效率为80.00%,对照组为51.52%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率分别为2.86%和6.06%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗结束后4周随访,治疗组复发率为14.29%,对照组为41.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效好,安全性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of calcium betamethasone ointment in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets orally. The treatment group was treated with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment and the control group was treated with halomethasone ointment for 4 weeks. The curative effect was observed after 2 weeks and 4 weeks, and followed up 4 weeks later. Results after 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 54.29 in the treatment group and 30.30 in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 80.00in the treatment group and 51.522in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 2.86% and 6.06%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The recurrence rate was 14.29 in the treatment group and 41.18 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion calcium triglyceride betamethasone ointment combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is effective and safe in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.
