色素性荨麻疹13例临床分析

【摘要】：目的探讨色素性荨麻疹临床表现和组织病理等特点。方法回顾性分析2013年1月-2015年12月本科收治的13例色素性荨麻疹临床资料。结果 13例患者中,儿童9例,成人4例,平均年龄(9.93±12.61)岁。临床表现为躯干及四肢红棕色斑丘疹,1例累及跖部,2例累及面部,1例为躯干及四肢泛发淡灰色斑并融合成片,1例为棕色斑丘疹和风团。组织病理见真皮内有肥大细胞浸润,Giemsa染色见肥大细胞内有异染颗粒。结论色素性荨麻疹多发生于婴幼儿,为躯干及四肢卵圆形红色或红棕色斑丘疹,Darier征阳性,组织病理特征性表现为真皮内有肥大细胞浸润,Giemsa染色阳性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and histopathological features of pigmented urticaria. Methods the clinical data of 13 cases of pigmented urticaria from January 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results among the 13 patients, 9 were children and 4 were adults, with an average age of 9.93 卤12.61 years. The clinical manifestations were red brown macular papules of trunk and extremities 1 case involving metatarsal part 2 cases of facial lesion 1 case of torso and extremities diffuse pale gray spot and fusion of 1 case brown macular papules and rubella. Histopathologically, mast cells infiltrated in dermis and Giemsa staining showed metachromatic granules in mast cells. Conclusion chromatid urticaria is more common in infants and young children. It is positive for Darier's sign in torso and extremities with oval red or red-brown macular papules. Histopathological features are positive for mast cell infiltration and Giemsa staining in dermis.
