OPN与MMP-2在皮肤恶性肿瘤中的表达与意义

【摘要】:目的:通过免疫组化技术检测OPN与MMP-2在恶性黑素瘤、基底细胞癌及色素痣中的表达规律,探讨OPN与MMP-2在皮肤恶性肿瘤向外侵袭过程中的作用。 方法:采集临床标本44例,分为恶性黑素瘤组(n=16),基底细胞癌组(n=14),色素痣组(n=14)。应用免疫组化法(SP法)检测各标本切片中OPN与MMP-2的表达。观察每组标本中阳性细胞的数量、染色程度,分析OPN与MMP-2在三组中表达的水平差异和相关性。分析数据用SPSS l8.0统计软件进行统计学分析。 结果:①恶性黑素瘤中OPN的表达率为93.8%。在基底细胞癌中OPN阳性表达率为71.4%。色素痣组中OPN阳性表达率为14.3%。OPN在恶性黑素瘤组与色素痣组相比有明显显著性差异(P0.01)。基底细胞癌组与色素痣组相比有明显显著性差异(P0.01)。恶性黑素瘤组与基底细胞癌组相比无显著差异性(P>0.05)。②MMP-2在恶性黑素瘤中的阳性表达率为87.5%,,在基底细胞癌中阳性表达率为64.3%,在色素痣组中阳性表达率为7.1%。MMP-2在恶性黑素瘤组与色素痣组相比有明显显著性差异(P0.01)。基底细胞癌组与色素痣组相比有显著性差异(P0.01)。恶性黑素瘤组与基底细胞癌组相比无显著差异性(P>0.05)。③OPN与MMP-2在恶性黑素瘤、基底细胞癌中的表达具有相关性(P0.05)。 结论: ①在皮肤恶性肿瘤中,OPN和MMP-2表达呈正相关。 ②MMP-2在恶性黑素瘤中高表达。 ③OPN、MMP-2在基底细胞癌中高表达。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of OPN and MMP-2 in malignant melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and nevus pigmentosa by immunohistochemical technique, and to explore the role of OPN and MMP-2 in the outward invasion of skin malignant tumor. Methods: 44 clinical specimens were collected and divided into malignant melanoma group (n = 16), basal cell carcinoma group (n = 14) and pigmented nevus group (n = 14). The expression of OPN and MMP-2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining (SP method). The number and staining degree of positive cells in each group were observed, and the difference and correlation of OPN and MMP-2 expression in the three groups were analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 1. 0. 0 statistical software. Results the expression rate of OPN in malignant melanoma was 93.8%. The positive expression rate of OPN was 71.4 in basal cell carcinoma. The positive expression rate of OPN in nevus group was significantly higher than that in nevus group (P 0.01). The positive expression rate of 14.3%.OPN in melanoma group was significantly higher than that in nevus pigmented nevus group. There was significant difference between basal cell carcinoma group and pigmented nevus group. There was no significant difference between malignant melanoma group and basal cell carcinoma group. The positive expression rate of P > 0.05).2MMP-2 was 87.5 in malignant melanoma, 64.3 in basal cell carcinoma and 7.1%.MMP-2 in pigmented nevus. Compared with nevus pigmentosa group, there was a significant difference in tumor group and nevus group (P 0.01). There was significant difference between basal cell carcinoma group and pigmented nevus group. There was no significant difference between malignant melanoma group and basal cell carcinoma group (P > P > 0.05).3OPN and MMP-2) expression in malignant melanoma was correlated with that in basal cell carcinoma (BCC). Conclusion: There was a positive correlation between the expression of OPN and MMP-2 in malignant skin tumors. 2MMP-2 is highly expressed in malignant melanoma. 3The expression of MMP-2 in basal cell carcinoma was high.
