【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女,54岁。左上眼睑粟粒大小囊性肿物1年余,不痛不痒,曾在外院眼科用针挑治,皮肤科电离子烧灼治疗未愈,逐渐增大,自述近段视物略有阻挡感至本科就诊。家族成员中无类似疾病患者。患有桥本氏甲状腺炎,甲状腺功能检查正常未治疗。皮肤科情况:左眼上睑内1/3处睑缘有一直径0.1cm白
