多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗52例小腿湿疹的效果

【摘要】：目的评价多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗小腿湿疹的疗效。方法将95例小腿湿疹患者随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(43例),观察组采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,对照组采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,疗程结束后以临床症状的总积分变化为标准评价疗效。结果两组治疗前疾病积分差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗4周后,两组间疾病积分和下降指数差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗小腿湿疹疗效肯定,不良反应小,容易被患者接受,是临床治疗小腿湿疹的理想药物。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfonic acid cream on eczema of leg. Methods Ninety-five patients with eczema of the leg were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 52) and the control group (n = 43). The observation group was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfonic acid cream and the control group with hydrocortisone butyrate cream. The curative effect was evaluated by the total integral change of clinical symptoms after the course of treatment. Results there was no significant difference in the disease score between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the difference of disease score and descending index between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion the mucopolysaccharide polysulfonic acid cream is an ideal drug for the treatment of eczema of the lower leg.
