Th1,Th2,Th17及Treg与寻常型天疱疮的相关性

【摘要】:目的探讨Th1,Th2,Th17和Treg细胞与寻常型天疱(PV)发病的相关性。方法天疱疮患者29例(活动组18例,缓解组11例),对照组14例,采用流式细胞术检测外周血Th1,Th2,Treg和Th17细胞占CD4~+T淋巴细胞的比例,用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果活动组PV的Th17细胞百分比(6.73±2.29)%显著高于缓解组(3.08±0.91)%和对照组(0.18±0.10)%(P0.05);缓解组PV的Th17细胞百分比高于对照组(P0.05);PV活动组(1.70±0.87)%、缓解组(1.28±0.58)%和对照组(1.46±0.63)%,三组间的Treg细胞百分比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。活动组PV的Th1细胞百分比(8.68±1.77)%低于对照组(12.29±1.57)%和缓解组(10.88±2.98)%(P0.05),Th1细胞在对照组与缓解组PV中的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。PV活动组Th2细胞百分比(2.86±0.79)%高于对照组(0.41±0.39)%和缓解组(0.99±0.45)%(P0.05),缓解组的Th2细胞高于对照组(P0.05)。结论天疱疮患者外周血Th17,Th2细胞表达升高,Th1细胞表达降低,Treg细胞表达无异常。Th1,Th2和Th17细胞可能参与了天疱疮的发病过程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cells and the onset of pemphigus vulgaris (PV). Methods 29 patients with pemphigus (18 in the active group, 11 in the remission group) and 14 in the control group were examined by flow cytometry to detect the proportion of Th1, Th2, Treg and Th17 cells to CD4~+T lymphocytes, and the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS17.0 statistical software. The percentage of Th17 cells in group PV (6.73 + 2.29)% was significantly higher than that in the remission group (3.08 + 0.91)% and the control group (0.18 + 0.10)% (P0.05), and the percentage of Th17 cells in the remission group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05), the PV activity group (1.70 + 0.87)%, the remission group (1.28 + 0.58)% and the control group (1.46 + 0.63)%, and there was no significant difference in the percentage of Treg cells between the three groups (P0.05). The percentage of Th1 cells in the active group PV (8.68 + 1.77)% was lower than that of the control group (12.29 + 1.57)% and remission group (10.88 + 2.98)% (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the Th1 cells in the control group and the remission group (P0.05).PV activity group (2.86 + 0.79)% (0.41 + 0.39)% and remission group (0.41 + 0.39)% (0.99 + 0.45)% (P0.05), and Th2 in the remission group. The cells were higher than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the expression of Th17, Th2 cells in the peripheral blood of pemphigus patients increased, the expression of Th1 cells decreased, and the expression of Treg cells had no abnormal.Th1. Th2 and Th17 cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of pemphigus.
