高压氧联合复方甘草酸苷对寻常性银屑病外周血T细胞亚群的影响

【摘要】：目的观察高压氧联合注射用复方甘草酸苷治疗进行期寻常性银屑病前后外周血T细胞亚群的变化情况,并观察临床疗效。方法选取60例进行期寻常性银屑病患者,随机分为对照组、治疗组,每组各30例。对照组每日静滴注射用复方甘草酸苷80mg,治疗组每日静滴复方甘草酸苷80mg+1次高压氧舱治疗,各组疗程均为4周。另选30例健康人群作为健康对照组。结果与健康对照组比较,进行期寻常性银屑病患者CD4+T细胞水平、CD4+/CD8+显著降低(P0.05),CD8+T细胞水平显著升高(P0.05);与治疗组治疗前比较,经高压氧联合复方甘草酸苷治疗后,CD4+T细胞水平、CD4+/CD8+均有显著升高,CD8+T细胞水平显著降低(P0.05),临床总有效率达(93.3%)。结论高压氧联合复方甘草酸苷治疗对进行期寻常性银屑病疗效肯定,其机制可能与纠正患者外周血T细胞亚群的失衡状态有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris before and after hyperbaric oxygen and injection of compound glycyrrhizin. Methods 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The control group was given 80 mg of compound glycyrrhizin by intravenous drip daily, and the treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen chamber once a day by intravenous drip of compound glycyrrhizin 80mg. The course of treatment in each group was 4 weeks. Another 30 healthy people were selected as healthy control group. Results compared with the healthy control group, the level of CD4 / CD8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the level of CD4 / CD8 was significantly increased in patients with psoriasis vulgaris than that in the control group, and was significantly higher in patients with psoriasis vulgaris than before treatment. After hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound glycyrrhizin treatment, the level of CD4 / CD8 increased significantly and the level of CD8 T cells decreased significantly, and the total clinical effective rate reached 93.3%. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound glycyrrhizin is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, and its mechanism may be related to correcting the imbalance of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
