非诺贝特致光敏性皮炎1例

【摘要】：正患者女,29岁。因四肢和颈部红斑伴瘙痒9 d,加重6 d,于2016年8月11日,来中日友好医院就诊。患者15 d前因体检发现三酰甘油升高3.06 mmol/L(正常值1.70 mmol/L,以下同),予非诺贝特200 mg口服,每日1次治疗,服药6 d后双小腿出现散在黄豆大红色丘疹,瘙痒明显,未予诊治,后丘疹逐渐扩展至双下肢暴露部位,并增大至钱币大斑块,部分融合。3 d前停服
[Abstract]:The patient is 29 years old. Due to erythema and neck erythema with itching for 9 days, aggravated 6 days, on August 11, 2016, to visit the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital. 15 days before medical examination, triacylglycerol increased by 3.06 mmol / L (normal value was 1.70 mmol / L), treated with fenofibrate 200 mg orally once a day. After 6 days of treatment, the calf appeared in red papules of soybean, itching was obvious, and no treatment was given. The posterior papules gradually extended to the exposed areas of the lower extremities and increased to the large plaque of coins. Some of them stopped taking before 3. 3 d of fusion.
