【摘要】：正患儿女,1d。发现皮疹13 h入院。患儿系第1胎剖宫产出生,胎龄34周。出生即发现有皮疹,皮肤轻度黄染,精神反应好,无发热抽搐及尖叫,无呼吸困难、而色发绀,吸允欠佳,无呕吐、腹泻、腹胀,大小便通畅。父母非近亲结婚,家族中无类似病史。体格检查:体温36.5℃,脉搏132次/min,呼吸35次/min,体重2.71 kg。皮肤松弛,乳晕着色浅,乳腺小结节,头发分条欠清,皮纹少,毳毛多,指甲未达指尖,足底纹少;全身泛发丘疹,颜面呈苔藓状,前囟平软,
