丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗新生儿湿疹疗效及安全性分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗新生儿湿疹疗效及安全性。方法:将2011年6月~2013年6月该院皮肤科门诊就诊新生儿湿疹患儿80例按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组给予丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏,两种药物按1∶1混匀后外涂,2次/天;对照组单用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外涂,2次/天。两组疗程均为1周。观察两组治疗1周后的疗效和不良反应。结果:两组总的有效率为72.5%,其中治疗组的有效率为85.0%,明显高于对照组的有效率60.0%,治疗组和对照组有效率之间的差别具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组的复发率为17.5%明显低于对照组的复发率37.5%,两组复发率之间的差别具有统计学意义(χ2=4.013,P0.05)。结论:丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合除湿止痒软膏比单用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗新生儿湿疹疗效显著,且安全性好,复发率低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with dehumidification and itching ointment in the treatment of neonatal eczema. Methods: from June 2011 to June 2013, 80 neonates with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The treatment group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with dehumidification and itching ointment. The two drugs were mixed at 1:1 and then applied twice a day, while those in the control group were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice a day. The course of treatment was 1 week in both groups. To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups after 1 week treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the two groups was 72.5. The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.0, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05), and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (17.5%). The recurrence rate was 37.5% in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 2 / 4.013 P 0.05). Conclusion: hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with dehumidification and itching ointment is more effective than hydrocortisone butyrate cream alone in the treatment of neonatal eczema.
