慢性结节性耳轮软骨皮炎

【摘要】：报告1例慢性结节性耳轮软骨皮炎。患者男,62岁。右耳轮结节伴压痛1年余。皮肤科检查:右耳轮上缘一约黄豆大暗红色圆形结节,上覆少量粘着性灰白色鳞屑,触痛明显。皮损组织病理检查:表皮角化过度伴角化不全,棘层增生肥厚,真皮浅层小血管周围较多淋巴细胞浸润,下方真皮胶原纤维纤维蛋白样坏死,可见黏液沉积,其下方软骨陷窝减少,可见钙化。诊断:慢性结节性耳轮软骨皮炎。
[Abstract]:A case of chronic nodular otidrodermatitis was reported. The patient was 62 years old. Right ear ring nodule with tenderness for more than 1 year. Dermatology examination: a large dark red round node on the upper edge of the right ear wheel, covered with a small amount of sticky grayish white scales, obvious tenderness. Histopathological examination of skin lesions: keratosis of epidermis with hypokeratosis, hypertrophy of spinous layer, infiltration of lymphocytes around small vessels in superficial dermis, fibrinoid necrosis of collagen in lower dermis, deposition of mucus. The inferior cartilage lacunae decreased and calcification was observed. Diagnosis: chronic nodular otidrodermatitis.
