【摘要】：正 患者男,36岁。因鼻尖部出现赘生物2年,于2007年12月来我院就诊。患者2年前不明原因鼻部出现一丘疹,逐渐增大,擦破易出血,未予诊治。患者自述发病前局部无任何感染,皮损未见有自行消退现象,否认有外伤史,家族成员中无类似疾病史。体格检查:一般情况好,系统检查未见异常。皮肤科检查:鼻
[Abstract]:The patient is 36 years old. Due to 2 years of neoplasms at the tip of the nose, we came to our hospital in December 2007. A papules appeared in the unexplained nose 2 years ago, gradually enlarged, easily bleeding, untreated. The patient reported that there was no local infection, no spontaneous regression of skin lesions, no history of trauma, and no history of similar diseases in the family members.
