寻常型天疱疮并发甲损害1例

【摘要】：正患者女,25岁。因躯干、口腔红斑及水疱1年余,甲下瘀斑1个月就诊。患者2014年8月在外院查出怀孕,1个月后自觉口腔黏膜无明显诱因出现疼痛,但无明显糜烂及溃疡,未予特殊治疗。孕3个月时肚脐周围出现松弛性水疱并逐渐增多,疱壁极易破裂,形成红色湿润糜烂面,结黄褐色痂皮,后逐渐散发全身,尤以胸部多见,口腔黏膜损害加重,疼痛难忍,饮水困难,在外院诊断为天疱
[Abstract]:The patient is 25 years old. Due to trunk, oral erythema and blisters for more than 1 year, 1 month treatment for subarachnoid ecchymosis. The patient was found pregnant in the hospital in August 2014. After one month, there was no obvious inducement of pain in oral mucosa, but no obvious erosion and ulcers, and no special treatment was given. During the third month of pregnancy, loose blisters appeared around the navel and gradually increased. The bullae wall was easily broken, forming a red moist erosion surface, forming a yellowish brown crust, and then gradually distributing out all over the body, especially in the chest.
