Foxp3及PCDGF在皮肤鳞状细胞癌及其癌前病变中的表达

【摘要】：目的：探讨正常皮肤，，日光性角化病及皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中叉头状转录因子p3（forkhead box p3，Foxp3）及畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子(PC-cell derived growth factor，PCDGF)的表达与临床意义。 方法：应用免疫组化法检测15例日光性角化病（actinic keratosis，AK），28例鲍温病（Bowen's disease，BD），26例皮肤鳞状细胞癌（squamous cell carcinoma，SCC）和8例正常表皮组织（normal epidermaltissue， NET）中Foxp3及PCDGF的表达。 结果：Foxp3及PCDGF在NET中未见表达。而在肿瘤的实质细胞上，Foxp3蛋白在AK、BD和SCC三种疾病中的表达阳性率分别为46.7%、100%和100%。Foxp3蛋白在BD和SCC上的表达阳性率均高于AK（P值均小于0.05），而在BD和SCC的表达阳性率则无显著差异（P0.05）。Foxp3+调节性T细胞在肿瘤组织周围浸润的淋巴细胞中也可见阳性表达。同时,在AK、BD和SCC中均有PCDGF表达，其表达的阳性率分布为33.3%、42.9%和88.5%,表达阳性率逐渐增高。Foxp3蛋白和PCDGF蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌及癌前病变中的表达未发现明确的关联性。 结论: Foxp3和PCDGF蛋白的异常表达可能与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发展及侵袭生长相关,在皮肤鳞癌的发生发展中发挥了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P3 (forkhead box P3, Foxp3) and teratoma cell derived growth factor (PC-cell derived growth factor, PCDGF) in normal skin, solar keratosis and skin squamous cell carcinoma.
Methods: 15 cases of actinic keratosis (AK), 28 cases of Bowen's disease (BD), 26 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (squamous cell carcinoma, SCC) and 8 cases of normal epidermal tissue (normal epidermaltissue) were detected by immunohistochemistry.
Results: Foxp3 and PCDGF were not expressed in NET, but on the parenchymal cells of the tumor, the positive rates of Foxp3 protein expression in three diseases of AK, BD and SCC were 46.7%. The positive rate of 100% and 100%.Foxp3 protein expression on BD and SCC was higher than that of AK (P values were less than 0.05). The positive expression of regulatory T cells was also found in the lymphocytes infiltrated around the tumor tissue. PCDGF expression was found in AK, BD and SCC. The positive rates of the expression were 33.3%, 42.9% and 88.5%. The positive rate of the expression was gradually increased, and the expression of.Foxp3 and PCDGF protein in the squamous cell carcinoma and precancerous lesions of the skin was not found clearly. Relevance.
Conclusion: the abnormal expression of Foxp3 and PCDGF protein may be related to the development and invasion of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, and play an important role in the development and development of skin squamous cell carcinoma.
