RECK及MMP-9蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床病理意义

【摘要】： 目的：观察RECK基因及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(CSCC)中的表达,探讨其与皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生发展及浸润转移的关系。 方法：应用免疫组化的方法检测40例CSCC组织、17例癌旁非典型增生组织及14例正常皮肤组织中RECK及MMP-9蛋白的表达。实验结果采用SPSS11.5统计学软件进行x2检验和Spearman等级相关性分析。 结果：①RECK在CSCC、癌旁不典型增生及正常皮肤中的表达率依次增高(30.0%、47.1%、85.7%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05); MMP-9蛋白在CSCC、癌旁不典型增生及正常皮肤中的表达率依次降低(82.5%、76.4%、28.6%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)②RECK及MMP-9与CSCC的组织学分级、淋巴结转移密切相关(P均0.05)；与CSCC患者的性别、年龄无关(P均0.05)③RECK及MMP-9在CSCC中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.475 P=0.002)。 结论：RECK和MMP-9与CSCC的浸润转移密切相关,RECK在CSCC中表达减少或缺失可能是通过上调MMP-9的表达从而促进CSCC的侵袭与转移。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of RECK gene and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) (CSCC), and to explore the relationship between (CSCC) expression and invasion and metastasis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of RECK and MMP-9 protein in 40 cases of CSCC tissues and 17 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissues and 14 cases of normal skin tissues. The results of the experiment were analyzed by using SPSS11.5 statistical software for x 2 test and Spearman grade correlation analysis. Results the expression rate of MMP-9 protein in CSCC, paracancerous dysplasia and normal skin increased in turn (30.0%, 47.1%, 85.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the expression rate of MMP-9 protein in CSCC, paracancerous dysplasia and normal skin decreased in turn (82.576.445%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the histological grade of 2RECK, MMP-9 and CSCC, The expression of 3RECK and MMP-9 in CSCC was negatively correlated with the sex and age of patients with CSCC (P 0. 05) (P 0. 05), and negatively correlated with the expression of 3RECK and MMP-9 in CSCC (r 0. 475 P0. 002). Conclusion the decrease or deletion of MMP-9 expression in CSCC may promote the invasion and metastasis of CSCC by upregulating the expression of MMP-9, which is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of CSCC.
