皮肤镜动态监测白癜风63例治疗后色素恢复情况

【摘要】：目的评价应用皮肤镜动态观测白癜风患者治疗后皮损区色素恢复情况的作用。方法收集63例白癜风患者,在初次就诊时、治疗后4周、8周、12周时分别进行皮肤镜监测和对比。结果肉眼观察皮损区域出现复色的患者中,皮肤镜下都可见明显色素岛形成;肉眼观察皮损区域无明显复色的患者中,在皮肤镜下,部分患者未见明显色素岛形成,部分患者可见少量色素岛形成。肉眼观察治疗后4周、8周、12周时的平均有效率分别为14.29%、28.57%、52.38%,皮肤镜观察治疗后4周、8周、12周的平均有效率分别为23.81%、41.27%、61.90%,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论皮肤镜可以作为评估白癜风疗效的有效手段,其可在早期准确而科学的评价治疗效果,从而增加患者治疗信心,适合科学评价药物疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of dynamic dermatoscopy on the recovery of pigments in lesions of patients with vitiligo. Methods Sixty-three patients with vitiligo were examined by endoscopy at the first visit, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. Results obvious pigment island formation could be seen under dermoscope in the patients with skin lesions observed by naked eye, but no obvious pigment island formation was found in some patients who did not have obvious pigment island formation under dermoscopy observed by naked eye in the lesion area, and there was no obvious pigment island formation under dermatoscope in some of the patients who did not have obvious pigment island formation in the lesion area observed by naked eye. A few pigment islands can be seen in some patients. The average effective rate was 14.29 and 28.577.The average effective rate was 23.81% 41.27 and 61.90 at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, respectively (P0.05), and the average effective rate was 14.29 and 28.577.The average effective rates were 23.81and 41.27and 61.90, respectively (P0.05). Conclusion Dermatoscopy can be used as an effective method to evaluate the curative effect of vitiligo. It can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect accurately and scientifically in the early stage, thus increasing the patients' confidence in treatment and is suitable for scientific evaluation of the curative effect of drugs.
