微针射频点阵在腋臭治疗中的探讨

【摘要】:目的:射频其本质为一种高频电流,当其作用于人体组织时会产生振荡电流,因人体各种离子在大小、质量、电荷和移动速度等方面均存在不同的差异,在治疗过程中产生振荡离子相对摩擦产生热能作用于靶组织。通过射频技术的电热作用对顶泌汗腺及其导管、部分毛囊烧灼从而治疗腋臭。通过观察比较微针射频点阵与小切口修剪法用于腋臭治疗后的临床疗效和安全性比较评估射频在腋臭治疗中的疗效,从而探讨射频治疗技术在腋臭治疗中的价值。方法:60名临床确诊为腋臭的患者随机分为微针射频点阵治疗组(30例)与小切口修剪法治疗组(30例),微针射频点阵治疗组采用微针射频点阵治疗仪(以色列BodyTite)进行1次治疗,手术组采用小切口修剪方法治疗。参照VAS视觉模拟评分方法制定腋臭评分法对所有病人术前评分及术后随访评分,对比治疗前、疗程结束后3-6个月腋臭治疗效果,记录两种治疗方法的术后疼痛持续时间,不良反应。单次治疗有效率应用SPSS19软件进行数据统计学分析。结果:60例患者均完成1次治疗,微针射频点阵治疗组总有效率73.3%;小切口修剪法治疗组总有效率93.3%;微针射频点阵治疗组复发率10%,小切口修剪法复发率3.33%。结论:微针射频点阵治疗用于腋臭治疗有效率虽不能和小切口修剪法相当,依据腋臭轻重程度不同及要求不一的患者,微针射频点阵用于治疗因其较少的并发症和良好的术后外观,对于轻中度的腋臭患者,特别是对外观要求很高,对小切口修剪手术治疗的并发症有强烈恐惧心理的患者,是一种可供选择的治疗方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: radiofrequency (RF) is essentially a kind of high frequency current. When it acts on human tissues, it produces oscillatory currents, due to the differences in the size, mass, charge and moving speed of various ions in the human body. In the course of treatment, oscillating ions are produced relative to friction to produce heat energy acting on the target tissue. The apocrine sweat gland and its conduit were treated by electrothermal therapy of radiofrequency technique, and some hair follicles were cauterized to treat axillary odor. The clinical efficacy and safety of microneedle radiofrequency lattice and small incision pruning were compared to evaluate the efficacy of radiofrequency in the treatment of axillary odor, so as to explore the value of radiofrequency therapy in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis. Methods Sixty patients with bromhidrosis were randomly divided into two groups: the microneedle radiofrequency lattice group (30 cases) and the small incision pruning group (30 cases). The microneedle radiofrequency lattice therapy group was treated once with a microneedle radiofrequency dot array therapy (BodyTite). The operation group was treated with small incision pruning. According to the VAS visual analogue scoring method, the preoperative and follow-up scores of all patients were determined. The efficacy of axillary odor treatment was compared before and 3 to 6 months after treatment, and the duration of postoperative pain of the two treatment methods was recorded. Adverse reactions. The effective rate of single treatment was statistically analyzed by SPSS19 software. Results all 60 patients were treated once, the total effective rate of microneedle radiofrequency lattice group was 73.3, the total effective rate of small incision pruning group was 93.30.The recurrence rate of microneedle radiofrequency matrix treatment group was 10, and the recurrence rate of small incision pruning method was 3.33. Conclusion: the effective rate of microneedle radiofrequency lattice therapy for axillary odor is not comparable to that of small incision pruning. The microneedle radio frequency lattice is used to treat the patients with mild to moderate axillary odor because of its fewer complications and good postoperative appearance, especially those who have strong fear of the complications of small incision pruning surgery. Is an alternative treatment.
