泼尼松联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮120例

【摘要】：目的观察小剂量泼尼松联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法中重度痤疮患者240例,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,各120例。治疗组口服泼尼松15或20 mg,qm,2周后停服,异维A酸胶囊20或30 mg,qn;对照组仅口服异维A酸胶囊20或30 mg,qn。两组异维A酸胶囊的疗程均为12周。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为98.33%,93.33%(P0.05);痊愈率分别为80.83%,70.83%(P0.05)。治疗后的第2,4,6,8周,治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。治疗后的第4,6,8周,治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。治疗组和对照组的平均起效时间分别为5.94和13.88 d(P0.05)。结论小剂量、短疗程的泼尼松联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮起效快,疗效好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of low-dose prednisone combined with isoretinoic acid in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods 240 patients with moderate and severe acne were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 120) and control group (n = 120). The treatment group was given prednisone for 15 or 20 mg / g QMU for 2 weeks, isotinic acid capsule was 20 or 30 mg / kg QN, while the control group was only given isotinic acid capsule 20 or 30 mg / qn. The course of treatment of isoretinoic acid capsules in both groups was 12 weeks. Results the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 98.33% (P0.05) and 70.83% (P0.05), respectively. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). The cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). The mean onset time of treatment group and control group were 5.94 and 13.88 days respectively (P0.05). Conclusion low dose and short course of prednisone combined with isoretinoic acid is effective and effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.
