Bazin硬红斑1例

【摘要】：正患者女,60岁,退休工人。因"右下肢皮下结节伴溃烂1年"于2013年11月13日于东莞市中医院住院。患者1年前无明显诱因出现右下肢数个皮下结节,质硬,色潮红,如硬币大小,压痛明显,以右小腿内侧面为主,其中右小腿内侧中部硬结逐渐溃烂,伴肿痛,有黄色液体渗出,无胫前痛性结节,无关节疼痛,无全身发热,无口腔溃疡,无面部红斑,无脱发,曾到当地医院就诊,予静滴抗生素数天未见明显疗效(具体用
[Abstract]:The patient is 60 years old, a retired worker. Due to subcutaneous nodule of right lower extremity with ulceration for 1 year, it was hospitalized in Dongguan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital on November 13, 2013. A year ago, the patient had no obvious inducement to appear several subcutaneous nodules of the right lower extremity, hard in quality, flushed in color, such as coin size, tenderness, mainly on the medial side of the right lower leg, in which the medial and middle part of the right leg gradually festered, accompanied by swelling and pain. There is yellow fluid exudate, no anterior tibial pain nodule, no joint pain, no fever, no oral ulcer, no facial erythema, no alopecia, have visited the local hospital, given intravenous antibiotics for a few days no obvious effect (specific use)
