【摘要】:目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线治疗、矿泉水浴疗法、复方甘草酸苷胶囊口服3种方法对寻常型斑块型银屑病的疗效,为银屑病的治疗提供临床依据。方法:选择90例寻常型斑块型银屑病患者,分为3组,分别予以窄谱中波紫外线、矿泉水浴、口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊3种方法进行治疗。窄谱中波紫外线组给予全身照射治疗,全身照射治疗的初始剂量均为0.2J~0.4J/cm2,每周3次,每次递增10%,最大剂量至2.6J/cm2;矿泉水疗组予以矿泉水泡浴,每天1次;复方甘草酸苷胶囊组口服药物,每次50mg,每天3次。观察治疗8周后临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗8周结束时窄谱中波紫外线组治疗有效率为93.3%,矿泉水疗组治疗有效率为63.3%,复方甘草酸苷组治疗有效率为66.7%,窄谱中波紫外线组与矿泉水疗组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。矿泉水疗组和口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊组治疗疗效相当(P0.05)。3组治疗副反应轻微。结论:窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型斑块型银屑病,疗效好于矿泉水浴和口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊;矿泉水浴和口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗疗效相当。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy of narrow band ultraviolet B therapy, mineral water bath therapy and compound glycyrrhizin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 90 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into 3 groups. They were treated with narrow band ultraviolet B (UVB), mineral water bath and compound glycyrrhizin capsule. The whole body irradiation was given to the narrow band ultraviolet B group, the initial dose of the whole body irradiation treatment was 0.2JN 0.4J / cm 2, 3 times a week, the maximum dose was increased to 2.6J / cm 2, the mineral water treatment group was given mineral water bubble bath once a day, the maximum dose was 2.6J / cm ~ (-2), 3 times a week, the maximum dose was 2.6J / cm ~ (2). Compound glycyrrhizin capsule group, 50 mg each time, 3 times a day. To observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction after 8 weeks treatment. Results: at the end of 8 weeks, the effective rate was 93.3in the narrow band ultraviolet B group, 63.3 in the mineral water therapy group and 66.7 in the compound glycyrrhizin group. There was a significant difference between the narrow band ultraviolet B group and the mineral water treatment group (P0.05). The curative effect of mineral water therapy group and oral compound glycyrrhizin capsule group was similar (P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of narrow band ultraviolet B on psoriasis vulgaris is better than that of mineral water bath and compound glycyrrhizin capsule, and the curative effect of mineral water bath and compound glycyrrhizin capsule is the same.
