血清特异性IgE检测在湿疹患儿诊治中的作用

【摘要】:目的探讨血清特异性IgE检测在湿疹患者诊疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2014年3月-2016年7月诊治的171例湿疹患儿的血清特异性IgE检测结果。结果 171例湿疹患儿中,主要食物过敏原为牛奶(64例,占37.43%)、羊肉(43例,占25.15%)、鸡蛋白(43例,占25.15%)和牛肉(24例,占14.04%);主要吸入性过敏原为户尘螨(58例,占33.92%)和猫毛狗毛皮屑(24例,占14.04%)。鸡蛋白阳性率比较:1岁组(18例,占64.29%)高于1~5岁组(11例,占20.37%)和5岁组(14例,占15.73%)。牛奶阳性率比较:1岁组(15例,占53.57%)、1~5岁组(33例,占61.11%)高于5岁组(16例,占17.98%)。羊肉阳性率比较:1岁组(13例,占46.43%)、1~5岁组(23例,占42.59%)高于5岁组(7例,占7.87%)。户尘螨阳性率比较:5岁组(40例,占44.94%)高于1~5岁组(16例,占29.63%)和1岁组(2例,占7.14%),以上差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。不同年龄组患儿鱼、虾、蟹、牛肉等过敏原阳性率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论血清特异性IgE检测对湿疹患儿诊治有一定的应用价值,如有助于患儿回避相关过敏原,其中低年龄患儿主要对食入性变应原过敏,高年龄患儿主要对吸入性变应原过敏。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of serum specific IgE in the diagnosis and treatment of eczema. Methods the results of serum specific IgE in 171 children with eczema from March 2014 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The positive rate of dust mites in 5 years old group (40 cases, 44.94%) was higher than that in 5 year old group (16 cases, 29.63%) and 1 year old group (2 cases, 7.14%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The positive rates of fish, shrimp, crab, beef and other allergens in different age groups were not significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion Serum specific IgE is useful in the diagnosis and treatment of eczema, such as avoiding allergens in children with eczema.
