新型抗原MMP Ⅱ与经典抗原ND-O-BSA应用于麻风病血清学诊断的比较研究

【摘要】：第一章目的：评价ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA的敏感性和特异性,找出cutoff值。 方法：ND-O-BSA-IgM酶联免疫吸附试验。结果：ND-O-BSA在血清浓度1：100时,cutoff取0.08时,敏感性93.1%,特异性77.3%(P0.05)；在血清浓度1：200时,cutoff值为0.05时的敏感性为79.3%,特异性72.3%(P0.05)。修订后cutoff值为0.1,敏感性为77.6%,特异性为79.1%。结论：ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA在血清浓度1：100实验敏感性和特异性均较好,并可以早期预测麻风病人。 第二章目的：评价MMPⅡ-IgG-ELISA的敏感性和特异性,找出cutoff值。方法：MMPⅡ-IgG酶联免疫吸附试验。结果：MMPⅡ在血清浓度1：100时,cutoff值取0.12时敏感性81%,特异性76.3%；血清浓度在1：200时,cutoff值为0.08时敏感性86.2%,特异性76.5%。修订后cutoff值为0.08,敏感性84.5%,特异性80.4%。结论：MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA在血清浓度1：200实验敏感性和特异性均较好,并可以早期预测麻风病人。 第三章目的：评价ND-O-BSA-ELISA和MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA的敏感性和特异性。方法：统计比较检验修订后的两种抗原的敏感性和特异性。结果：由于与结核患者血清存在交叉反应,MMP Ⅱ-IgG-ELISA的敏感性和特异性较ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA and find out the value of cutoff. Methods: ND-O-BSA-IgM enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: the sensitivity of ND-O-BSA was 93. 1% at 1: 100 and 0.08 at cutoff, and the specificity was 77.3% (P0.05) at 1: 200, and 79.3% and 72.3% at 1: 200, respectively. The revised cutoff value was 0.1, the sensitivity was 77.6 and the specificity was 79.1. Conclusion: the sensitivity and specificity of ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA in serum concentration of 1: 100 are good, and early prediction of leprosy patients.
