面部脑回状皮脂腺痣1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,17岁。右面部皮肤斑块渐并增大17年。局部皮疹行CO2激光治疗,术后形成瘢痕,建议患者手术切除。患者出生后不久被发现其右面部有绿豆大淡黄色斑块,皮损随年龄增长而逐渐增大,至青春期时增大加快,且逐渐变为褐色,表面呈脑回状,无不适,质软。既往有"胃溃疡"病史,否认肝炎、结核等传染病史,否认遗传性皮肤病及肿瘤病史,家族中无类似疾病患者。系统检查无明显异常。皮肤科情况:右面部见一约
[Abstract]:Male, 17 years old. Skin patches on the right face increased by 17 years. Local skin rash is treated by CO2 laser, scar is formed after operation, surgical excision is recommended. Soon after birth, the patient was found to have large yellowish patches of mung bean on his right face. The skin lesions increased with age, and increased rapidly at puberty, and gradually became brown, with the surface of gyrus, no discomfort and soft texture. There was a history of "gastric ulcer", history of infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis, history of hereditary skin diseases and tumours, and no patients with similar diseases in the family.
