【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女,52岁。左腰腹部皮疹伴疼痛9d,全身水疱伴发热3d。患者9d前左腰腹部出现簇集红色丘疹,呈带状分布,伴阵发性烧灼样疼痛,自行外用"干扰素"治疗3d无效。腰腹部出现大片弥漫性红斑,表面有密集的水疱,当地医院诊断为"带状疱疹",予以"病毒唑"等药物治疗4d,疗效欠佳。3d前头面部、躯干、四肢开始出现散在绿豆大小的水疱,伴发热,体温达38℃。既往有"急性粒细胞性白血病(M5b)"病史21个月,曾

A cluster of red papules appeared in the left waist and abdomen of the patient 9 days before the treatment with paroxysmal cauterous pain. The treatment of interferon was ineffective for 3 days. A large area of diffuse erythema appeared in the waist and abdomen, with dense blisters on the surface. The local hospital diagnosed herpes zoster and was treated with "ribavirin" for 4 days.
