氦氖激光治疗炎症性皮损的疗效观察

【摘要】:目的: 评价氦氖激光在治疗炎症性皮肤病中的作用。 方法: 150例皮肤溃疡(溃疡组)的患者,随机分为甲、乙两组。甲组:溃疡部位,每日碘伏消毒加氦氖激光照射,每次20分钟;乙组:溃疡部位,每日碘伏消毒。该组患者平均疗程2周,治疗一个月后判定疗效。190例伴有渗出的急性或慢性湿疹急性发作患者(湿疹组),随机分为甲、乙两组。甲组:口服第二代抗组胺药物及外用1%氢化考的松乳膏(氢考)、渗出部位进行氦氖激光照射,每次20min,1次/d;乙组:口服第二代抗组胺药及外用1%氢化考的松乳膏;治疗一周后判定疗效。110例病毒感染性疾病患者(病毒组),随机分为甲、乙两组。甲组:口服抗病毒药物加氦氖激光照射,每次20分钟;乙组:单纯口服抗病毒药物;治疗一周后判定疗效。统计学分析采用卡方检验。 结果: 溃疡组:甲组(78例)有效45例,有效率57.69%;乙组(72例)有效23例,有效率31.94%。两组有效率χ2=10.02,P0.05,具有统计学意义。湿疹组:甲组(100例)有效31例,有效率31.00%;乙组(90例)有效5例,有效率0.06%。两组有效率χ2=35.3,P0.05,具有统计学意义。病毒组:甲组(53例)有效34例,有效率64.15%;乙组(57例)有效19例,有效率33.33%。两组有效率χ2=10.45,P0.05,具有统计学意义。 结论 1.氦氖激光照射在治疗皮肤溃疡、湿疹、病毒感染性疾病等炎症性皮损中有显著疗效。 2.氦氖激光治疗感染性、外伤性、外科术后及小面积的肿瘤所致的皮肤溃疡效果较佳,治疗深在的溃疡如(褥疮、血管炎)及长期因血液循环及糖尿病所致的淤积性溃疡方面疗效欠佳。 3.氦氖激光与传统的治疗皮肤溃疡、湿疹、病毒感染性疾病等的方法相比更加方便、快捷、依从性好、无痛苦及无毒副作用。氦氖激光是一种对人体无害,无痛苦的激光,临床上可大力推广。 4.氦氖激光是治疗多种炎症性皮损的有效方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the role of He-Ne laser in the treatment of inflammatory dermatosis. Methods: 150 patients with skin ulcer (ulcer group) were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Group A: ulcer site, daily iodophor disinfection plus He-Ne laser irradiation, 20 minutes each time, group B: ulcer site, daily iodophor disinfection. 190 patients with acute or chronic eczema with exudation were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Group A: the second generation of antihistamines and 1% hydrocortisone cream were taken orally, and the exudates were irradiated by He-Ne laser once a day for 20 min, group B: the second generation of antihistamines and the 1% hydrocortical loose cream were given orally. 110 patients with viral infectious diseases (viral group) were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Group A: oral antiviral drugs plus He-Ne laser irradiation, 20 minutes each time; Group B: oral antiviral drugs alone, after a week of treatment to determine the efficacy. Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results: in the ulcer group, 45 cases were effective in group A (78 cases), the effective rate was 57.69 cases, and the effective rate was 31.94 cases in group B (72 cases). The effective rate of the two groups was 蠂 2 + 10.02 (P 0.05), which was statistically significant. Eczema group: group A (100 cases) effective 31 cases, effective rate 31.00 cases, group B (90 cases) effective 5 cases, effective rate 0.06. The effective rate of the two groups was 蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (3) 3 ~ (3) P _ (0.05), which was statistically significant. Virus group: 34 cases were effective in group A (53 cases), the effective rate was 64.15 cases, and in group B (57 cases), the effective rate was 33.3333 cases (19 cases). The effective rate of the two groups was 蠂 2 10.45 (P 0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion 1. He-Ne laser irradiation is effective in treating skin ulcers, eczema, viral infections and other inflammatory lesions. 2. He-Ne laser treatment of infectious, traumatic, postoperative and small areas of tumors caused by skin ulcers is better, treatment of deep ulcers such as (bedsore, Vasculitis) and chronic congestive ulcers due to blood circulation and diabetes are not effective. 3. He-Ne laser is more convenient, faster, more compliance, no pain and no side effects than the traditional treatment of skin ulcers, eczema, viral infectious diseases and so on. He-Ne laser is a harmless and painless laser, which can be popularized in clinic. 4. He-Ne laser is one of the effective methods for the treatment of various inflammatory lesions.
