61例男性银屑病患者骨量结果分析

【摘要】：目的本研究旨在通过对男性银屑病患者代谢的影响因素的分析,探讨骨质疏松与银屑病的关系,为进一步预防及治疗提供依据。方法本组61例明确诊断的男性银屑病患者均来自我院皮肤科门诊,同时根据年龄、体重指数、族别选择61例同期在我院体检中心体检的男性志愿者进行配对研究。记录并分析了患者静脉血测定血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶,并进行骨密度测定。结果两组钙、磷及碱性磷酸酶水平无明显差异,银屑病组血清钙略低于对照组,但无统计学差异,而血清磷水平平均差异不显著;2组腰椎及股骨颈骨密度比较,银屑病组均低于对照组,且有统计学意义;进一步分析发现银屑病组股骨颈骨密度下降较明显,其差异具有统计学意义。股骨颈骨密度值比较,银屑病组无论是骨量减低还是骨质疏松患者比例明显高于非银屑病组。结论男性银屑病患者骨代谢水平明显下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between osteoporosis and psoriasis by analyzing the factors affecting metabolism in male patients with psoriasis and to provide evidence for further prevention and treatment. Methods Sixty-one male psoriasis patients with definite diagnosis were all from dermatological outpatient department of our hospital. According to age and body mass index, 61 male volunteers who were examined in physical examination center of our hospital at the same time were selected for matched study. Serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and bone mineral density were recorded and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in the levels of calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase between the two groups. The level of serum calcium in psoriasis group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but there was no statistical difference, but the average level of serum phosphorus was not significantly different. The bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck in the two groups was lower than that in the control group, and there was statistical significance. Further analysis showed that the bone mineral density of the femoral neck in psoriasis group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Bone mineral density (BMD) of femoral neck in psoriasis group was significantly higher than that in non psoriasis group. Conclusion Bone metabolism in male patients with psoriasis decreased significantly.
