儿童泛发性带状疱疹1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患儿男,6岁。因左侧头面部红色斑块、水疱、坏死5d伴全身散在水疱1d入院。患儿5d前无明显诱因,左侧头部出现簇集状水疱,当地医院诊断为"带状疱疹",自敷外用药物(具体不详),皮损增多,面积增大。近1日,皮损泛发至全身,全身散在水疱,疱液清。既往患儿体质差,易患上呼吸道感染,按计划接种水痘疫苗。体检:一般状态欠佳,发热,最高39.8℃,偶有呕吐,非喷射性,自述无明显疼痛。皮肤科情况:左侧头面部片状
[Abstract]:Male, 6 years old. Red plaques, blisters, necrosis for 5 days and scattered blister on the left side of the head and face were admitted to hospital for 1 day. There was no obvious inducement before 5 days, cluster blisters appeared on the left head, local hospital diagnosed herpes zoster, self-applied external medicine (not specific), skin lesions increased, area increased. Nearly 1 day, skin lesions spread to the whole body, all over the blister, blister clear.
