急性休止期脱发误诊为斑秃及雄激素性脱发1例

【摘要】：患者女,26岁。无明显诱因脱发7个月余。外院以"斑秃","雄激素性脱发"治疗,无效。脱发呈弥漫性,全头拉发试验阳性,实验室及皮肤组织病理学检查未见明显异常。诊断:急性休止期脱发。予烟酰胺、葡萄糖酸锌、叶酸营养支持治疗后拉发试验转为阴性,毛发已完全再生。
[Abstract]:The patient was 26 years old. There was no obvious inducement to alopecia for more than 7 months. The treatment of alopecia areata and androgen alopecia was ineffective. The alopecia was diffuse, the whole head pulling test was positive, and the laboratory and skin histopathological examination showed no obvious abnormality. Diagnosis: acute rest hair loss. Niacinamide, zinc gluconate, folic acid nutrition support treatment after hair test turned negative, hair has been completely regenerated.
