寻常型银屑病皮损中Ang-2与VEGF的表达及意义

【摘要】: 目的:检测寻常型银屑病皮损中血管生成素-2(Angiopoietin-2, Ang-2)与血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达情况,分析两者在寻常型银屑病皮损中与正常人皮肤组织中表达水平的差异及两者在寻常型银屑病皮损中表达的相关性,探讨两者在寻常型银屑病发病中的作用。 方法:用免疫组化方法检测30例寻常型银屑病皮损及30例正常皮肤组织中Ang-2与VEGF的表达。通过测定IOD值(Integral optical density, IOD)对染色结果进行分析。 结果:①VEGF表达主要定位于表皮全层的角质形成细胞及真皮浅层血管内皮细胞胞浆。②VEGF在寻常型银屑病组皮损中均有表达,而在正常皮肤组织几乎无表达,寻常型银屑病组与正常皮肤组之间差异性有统计学意义(P0.001)。③Ang-2表达主要定位于真皮浅层血管内皮细胞细胞浆和(或)细胞膜。④Ang-2在寻常型银屑病组皮损中均有表达,而在正常皮肤组织几乎无表达,寻常型银屑病组与正常皮肤组之间差异性有统计学意义(P0.001)。⑤Ang-2和VEGF在寻常型银屑病患者同一皮损中的表达呈正相关(r=0.45,P0.05)。 结论:①VEGF在寻常型银屑病皮损中呈高表达而正常人皮肤组织中几乎无表达,其高表达与寻常型银屑病的血管新生密切相关。②Ang-2在寻常型银屑病皮损中呈高表达而正常人皮肤组织中几乎无表达,其在寻常型银屑病皮损中的高表达与寻常型银屑病的血管新生密切相关。③Ang-2与VEGF在寻常型银屑病皮损中的表达呈正相关。两者可能以协同的方式共同促进寻常型银屑病皮损处新生血管的形成,在寻常型银屑病的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of angiopoietin 2 (Angiopoietin-2, Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF) in psoriatic lesions. To analyze the difference of expression level between psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin tissue, and the correlation between them in psoriasis vulgaris, and to explore the role of them in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ang-2 and VEGF in 30 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 30 cases of normal skin. The staining results were analyzed by IOD (Integral optical density, IOD). Results: the expression of 1VEGF was mainly located in the cytoplasm of keratinocytes and dermis superficial vascular endothelial cells in the whole epidermis. The expression of 2VEGF was found in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris, but hardly in normal skin. There was significant difference between psoriasis vulgaris group and normal skin group (P0. 001). The expression of 3Ang-2 was mainly located in the cytoplasm and / or cell membrane of dermis superficial vascular endothelium. 4Ang-2 was expressed in normal type. In psoriatic lesions, The expression of 5Ang-2 and VEGF in psoriasis vulgaris was positively correlated with that in psoriasis vulgaris (P 0. 001), but there was no expression of VEGF in normal skin tissue (P 0. 001), but there was significant difference between psoriasis vulgaris and psoriasis vulgaris (P0. 001). P0.05). Conclusion: the expression of 1VEGF in psoriasis vulgaris is higher than that in normal skin. The high expression of 2Ang-2 was closely related to angiogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. 2Ang-2 was highly expressed in psoriasis vulgaris and almost no expression in normal skin tissue. The high expression of 3Ang-2 and VEGF in psoriasis vulgaris was positively correlated with angiogenesis in psoriasis vulgaris. They may promote the formation of neovascularization in psoriasis vulgaris and play an important role in the occurrence and development of psoriasis vulgaris.
