柔润保湿霜辅助治疗痤疮100例疗效观察

【摘要】：目的评价薇诺娜柔润保湿霜对痤疮的辅助治疗作用。方法在根据病情酌情给予系统药物治疗的基础上,将病人随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在系统用药基础上,外用薇诺娜柔润保湿霜;对照组只进行系统用药治疗,不予以保湿霜处理,比较两组在治疗1周、2周、4周以后痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分、痊愈率、有效率及皮肤生理功能(pH、角质层含水量、油脂含量),以及停止治疗4周后GAGS评分及皮肤生理功能。结果 1 200例纳入病例,177例完成4周治疗,停药4周后155例获得回访;2治疗1,2,4周后,两组的GAGS评分均值较治疗前均下降,治疗组明显低于对照组,前者痊愈率及有效率明显高于后者(P0.05);两组的pH值逐渐下降、角质层含水量和油脂含量增加,治疗组明显好于对照组(P0.05);3治疗结束后4周,治疗组GAGS值明显低于对照组(P0.05),pH值、角质层含水量、油脂含量治疗组也明显好于对照组(P0.05)。以上差异均有统计学意义。结论在酌情采用药物治疗基础上,薇诺娜柔润保湿霜对于痤疮的治疗具有一定的辅助作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the adjuvant effect of Winona moisturizing cream on acne. Methods patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on the basis of systemic drug therapy according to their condition. The treatment group was treated with Winona moisturizing cream on the basis of systemic medication. The patients in the control group were treated with systemic medication without moisturizing cream. The (GAGS) score, recovery rate, effective rate and skin physiological function (pH, corneum water content) of the acne comprehensive grading system were compared between the two groups after 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment. Oil content, as well as GAGS score and skin physiological function after 4 weeks of cessation of treatment. Results among 1 200 cases, 177 cases were treated for 4 weeks, 155 cases received a return visit after 4 weeks. 2After 4 weeks of treatment, the mean GAGS score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group, and the cure rate and the effective rate of the former group were significantly higher than that of the latter group (P0.05). The pH value of the two groups decreased gradually and the water content and oil content of the cuticle increased significantly in the treatment group than in the control group (P0.05). 3 at 4 weeks after treatment, the GAGS value of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), pH value, horny layer water content, oil content in the treatment group was also significantly better than that in the control group (P0.05). All the above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion on the basis of drug therapy, Winona moisturizing cream is helpful to the treatment of acne.
