普瑞巴林与加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的荟萃分析

【摘要】：目的分析普瑞巴林与加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的成本-效果。方法收集普瑞巴林与加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的随机双盲安慰药对照临床研究文献,比较两种药物的临床疗效,并作成本-效果分析。结果普瑞巴林与加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效,普瑞巴林与安慰药平均每日疼痛指数降低从1.18~2.70不等,合并效应量均数差(MD)为1.31[95%CI(1.18,1.44)],普瑞巴林疼痛缓解≥50%的有效率为150 mg·d-1组(26.19%)和300 mg·d-1组(27.01%),需要治疗例数(NNT)150 mg·d-1组(5.69)和300 mg·d-1组(5.44);加巴喷丁与安慰剂平均每日疼痛指数降低从2.0~2.4不等,合并效应量MD为1.29[95%CI(1.04,1.54)],加巴喷丁疼痛缓解≥50%的有效率为29.91%(1 800 mg·d-1组)和34.26%(2 400mg·d-1组),NNT为4.73(1 800 mg·d-1组)和4.82(2 400 mg·d-1组);普瑞巴林与加巴喷丁平均每日疼痛指数降低合并效应量MD为0.89[95%CI(0.54,1.24)]。普瑞巴林胶囊与加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的成本-效果分析分别为普瑞巴林150 mg·d-1组C/E 62.24元、CN9 274.70元和300 mg·d-1组C/E 114.66元、CN 16 847.68元;加巴喷丁1 800 mg·d-1组C/E 22.02元、CN 3 114.71元和2 400 mg·d-1组C/E 26.91元、CN 4 443.56元。结论普瑞巴林与加巴喷丁治疗效果相当,普瑞巴林的治疗费用高于加巴喷丁。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cost-effect of PreBahrain and gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods the literature of randomized double-blind placebo in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with PreBahrain and gabapentin was collected to compare the clinical efficacy of the two drugs and to make a cost-effect analysis. Results the clinical efficacy of PreBahrain and gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia was observed.
