手足银屑病1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,25岁。双足皮疹3年,加重伴瘙痒1年。3年前,患者双足背部无明显诱因出现绿豆大红斑,自觉瘙痒,无水疱、糜烂及渗出。外院曾按"足癣"、"湿疹"治疗,瘙痒减轻,但皮疹增厚并扩大,逐渐波及全足背。1年前,患者病情加重,双足跟及双手虎口部位出现红斑及丘疹,局部肥厚并皲裂,上覆较多鳞屑,但未见水疱及脓疱等,外院仍按"湿疹"予抗过敏及止痒等对症治疗(具体用药及剂量不详),皮疹未见明显好转,遂就
[Abstract]:Male, 25 years old. Bipedal rash 3 years, aggravated with itching for 1 year. 3 years ago, the patient had no obvious inducement to appear mung bean erythema, conscious pruritus, no blisters, erosion and exudation. The external hospital used to treat "tinea pedis" and "eczema" to relieve itching, but the rash became thicker and expanded, and gradually spread to the whole back of the foot. One year ago, the patient's condition became worse, erythema and papules appeared in both heels and the mouth of the tiger's mouth of both hands, and the local area was hypertrophic and chapped. More scales were overlaid, but no blister and pustules were seen. The external hospital still treated "eczema" with antiallergic and antipruritic treatment (medication and dosage unknown). The rash was not obviously improved.
