枸地氯雷他定联合甘草酸二胺治疗慢性荨麻疹66例临床观察

【摘要】：目的评价枸地氯雷他定联合甘草酸二胺治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效和安全性,并探讨其作用机制。方法将入选的120例慢性荨麻疹患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组(65例)予枸地氯雷他定治疗组联合甘草酸二胺胶囊治疗,对照组(55例)仅予枸地氯雷他定治疗。疗程结束时比较两组患者的临床疗效和血清细胞因子水平等。结果治疗4周后,治疗组症状体征得分低于对照组(P0.05),有效率为98.46%,明显高于对照组89.09%(P0.05)。两组患者恶心、呕吐、肝肾功能受损、口干和嗜睡发生率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组白介素-6(IL-6),超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组(P0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定联合甘草酸二胺治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,且不良反应发生率低,可能与甘草酸二胺可降低外周血细胞因子水平有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of loratadine combined with diamine glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic urticaria and to explore its mechanism. Methods 120 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (n = 65) was treated with Lyudi loratadine combined with diamine glycyrrhizinate capsule, and the control group (n = 55) was treated only with loratadine. The clinical efficacy and serum cytokine levels were compared between the two groups at the end of the course of treatment. Results after 4 weeks treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and the effective rate was 98.46%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (89.09%, P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea, vomiting, impaired liver and kidney function, dry mouth and somnolence between the two groups (P0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) and tumor necrosis factor-伪 (TNF- 伪) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Lyudi loratadine combined with diamine glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic urticaria is significant, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which may be related to the decrease of peripheral blood cytokine level by diamine glycyrrhizinate.
