炎症性浅表播散型汗孔角化症合并前列腺癌1例

【摘要】：患者男,72岁。面部浅褐色皮疹20余年,躯干及四肢起疹伴瘙痒1年余。组织病理表现为角化不全柱,真皮浅层血管周围淋巴细胞浸润。前列腺穿刺活检示:前列腺癌。诊断:炎症性浅表播散型汗孔角化症合并前列腺癌。
[Abstract]:The patient was 72 years old. The facial light brown rash is more than 20 years, and the trunk and the four limbs have been itching for more than 1 year. The pathological manifestations of the tissue were not full column, and the infiltration of peripheral lymphocytes in the superficial layer of the dermis. Prostate biopsy: prostate cancer. Diagnosis: an inflammatory, superficial disseminated type of hyperkeratosis combined with prostate cancer.
