嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎患者外周血中IgE水平和嗜酸性粒细胞计数相关性研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the correlation between the level of immunoglobulin (E (immunoglobulin E, IgE) and eosinophil (eosinophil cell,EOS) count in peripheral blood of patients with eosinophilic dermatitis (hypereosinophilic dermatitis,HED). To provide experimental data support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan of HED. Methods: the subject is strictly in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. From January 2014 to January 2016, 30 HED patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Dermatology, first Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical University and the first clinical doctor of Shanxi Medical University during the same period were selected. There were 30 physical examiners (control group) who underwent routine physical examination in the college. The levels of eosinophils in peripheral blood and Ig E in peripheral blood were measured by blood cell counter and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) respectively. Results the abnormal detection level of EOS was more than 1.5 脳 109 渭 L, the negative detection of (), was less than 1.5 脳 109 渭 L, and the count was (-). The results of Ig E level were greater than 120KU/L as abnormal detection, (), was less than 120KU/L as negative detection, and (-) was counted as (-). SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze: the measurement data was expressed by mean data 卤standard deviation (XS), the comparison of measurement data between the two groups was analyzed by t-test, and the correlation between data was analyzed by correlation analysis. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Results: (1) the abnormal detection rates of EOS count and Ig E in peripheral blood were 57% and 93% in the case group and 3% in the control group, respectively. The EOS count in the case group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (t = 3.502, P0.01). The Ig E count in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 7.922, P0.01). That is to say, the EOS count and Ig E level in the peripheral blood of the case group were higher than those of the control group. (2) the correlation between the EOS count level and the Ig E level in the peripheral blood of the patient group and the control group was analyzed by statistical analysis. The rs of the case group was 0.603 by Spearman rank correlation analysis, and that of the control group was 0.697 by Pearson correlation analysis, and both of the two groups were moderate positive correlation. The difference in detection level between the two was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the level of Ig E is high in patients with HED, and there is a moderate positive correlation between the level of Ig E and the level of EOS in patients with HED. The determination of its value is helpful to the clinical observation and treatment of HED.
