腋臭治疗研究进展
[Abstract]:Axillary odor is a special odor secreted by the secretory gland of the apical plasma in the armpit where the E-3-methyl-2-hexenoic acid,E-3M2H complex is decomposed into E-3M2H by bacteria distributed in the armpit. The pathogenesis of axillary odor is still uncertain. At present, it is believed that ApoD transport E-3M2H from sweat glands to the body surface to emit odour, which is the main pathogenesis of axillary odor. In this process, sex hormones, axillary flora, genes, neuroregulation, diet and other factors are involved in the occurrence of axillary odor. Axillary odor can be classified according to different degrees of odour. In recent years, there are many methods to treat axillary odor at home and abroad, which are mainly divided into local medicine, physical therapy, surgical resection and so on. There are pros and cons in all kinds of methods, so far, there is no good effect, less trauma, quick recovery after operation to treat axillae. This article will review the pathogenesis and the latest treatment of axillary odor.
